We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.  
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

🚚 Shipping Methods  
All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers provided by email once your order has been shipped.

🌎 Shipping Area  
We currently ship within the United States only.

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages  
Once your order has been shipped, Sweet Haven is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.  
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

📬 Address Accuracy  
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
